We offer premium quality ice creams and frozen desserts. All products are freshly prepared and delivered with utmost hygiene and care.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of order (Cash on Delivery, UPI, or online payment).

4. Orders & Delivery

• Orders are accepted via website, WhatsApp, phone, or in-person.
• Delivery is available only in selected areas of Dombivli, Kalyan, and surrounding regions in Thane district.
• Minimum order value may apply for free delivery.
• Delivery time is approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address or unavailability of the customer.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders once confirmed and prepared cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation before preparation, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Product Quality & Complaints

We take utmost care in maintaining quality and hygiene. In case of any complaint regarding taste, quality, or packaging, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos. We may offer replacement or refund on a case-to-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

SAI SHRADHA ENTERPRISES shall not be liable for any allergic reactions, health issues, or indirect damages arising from consumption of our products. Customers are responsible for checking ingredients in case of allergies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, images, and text are property of SAI SHRADHA ENTERPRISES and cannot be used without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
